BBQ sauce for spare ribs-                         Submitted by: Monica Schafer

3/4 Cup ketchup

1 Tbsp worcheshire sauce

1/2 Cup water

1/2 Cup vinegar

2/3 Cup brown sugar

2 Tbsp corn starch

1/2 Tbsp salt

Combine all the above ingredients and bring to a low boil.  Simmer for 5-10 minutes while it thickens.  Bake spare ribs on a low temp. (330 degrees F) for around an hour.  Then pour some of the BBQ sauce over them and continue to bake.  In the last 1/2 hour of baking, pour the remainder of the sauce on the ribs.
