1 lb ground pork 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp oregano
2 eggs 1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 c. milk 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt 1 small chopped onion
Beat eggs – mix with milk. Soak torn break in egg mixture. Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Brown in 400 degree oven about 30 minutes. Drain fat. Serve with BBQ sauce, ketchup, or even cream of mushroom soup. Delicious!

1 lb lean ground pork 3 Tblsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp grated ginger 2 Tblsp lime juice
1 garlic glove crushed 1 Tblsp honey
1 small onion thinly sliced 2 tsp ground coriander
2 cups coleslaw mix w/ carrots 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp olive oil 4 – 10 inch flour tortillas, warmed
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Heat large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add pork; cook, crumble and stir until pork is no longer pink, about 3-4 minutes. Add ginger, garlic, onion and coleslaw mix and stir-fry with pork for 2 minutes, until vegetables are wilted. Stir constantly to blend in all remaining ingredients well, about 1 minute. Spoon equal portions of mixture onto warm tortillas, garnish with cilantro, roll up to encase filling and serve.
