Nancy Grommersch has sampled this recipe at a couple different events and it has gotten rave reviews. Recipe calls for roasting in the oven but you could use the same instructions for seasoning the loin then put on the grill, using in-direct heat, and cooking until it reaches 155 degrees internal temperature.

Remember to use a meat thermometer to prevent over cooking. Over cooking is the number one reason that people end up with dry, tasteless pork. A little pink on the inside ensures a flavorful, moist and tender piece of protein on your plate.
